1. Payment Policy
Payment is due upon completion of welding services unless other arrangements have been made in writing prior to work commencement. For large fabrication projects exceeding $5,000, a deposit of 50% may be required before work begins.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash
- Personal and business checks
- Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Business or purchase orders (for approved accounts)
3. Deposit Refunds
Deposits are refundable if work has not commenced and cancellation is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Once work has begun, deposits are non-refundable.
4. Service Quality Guarantee
We stand behind our workmanship. If you have concerns about the quality of our welding services, please contact us within 30 days of service completion. We will promptly address any legitimate issues at no additional cost.
5. Disputed Charges
If you dispute a charge, please contact us directly to discuss the matter. We are committed to resolving any billing concerns fairly and professionally.
